My drivers side wheel was making a horrible noise, sounded like my exhaust was dragging. I got under my car, nothing was dragging and nothing was loose. I didn't have time or tools on hand to figure it out so I sent it where I alway send my cars when I can't figure it out. Turned out I got a rock stuck in my caliper, easy fix. They noticed (I also noticed when I was under the car) that my drain plug was leaking a little bit, aperentaly the oil change place forgot to replace my crush washer or even put the old one back on. I've been coming here for years, only place I take my cars. I've had numerous great experiences here, just recently I had them do a pre purchase inspection on the gti I just recently bought.
